Things to think about...

Kids your age in Darfur, Sudan are living in a war zone.

They worry about the safety of their families, friends and loved ones every day. They are anxious because they donÕt always receive the food and medical care that they need.

They wonder what their futures hold when more than half of them canÕt go to school.

Most kids in Darfur have been forced to leave their villages Š and what they long for more than anything is to return home with their families, to go to school and to live in peace.

Darfuri kids just want to be kids.  And you can help.

The Darfur Challenge is a competition for Canadian elementary, middle and high school students to take action for children and their families in Darfur, Sudan.

By participating in campaigns to influence Canadian decision-makers, and fundraising money to support organizations working on and in Darfur, this yearÕs Darfur Challenge participants will make a difference.

Gather others in your community, at your school, on your sports team, in your youth group or at your place of worship, and join the Darfur Challenge.  Learn more about the competition and register today!

Canadian students have the power to make a difference in the lives of Darfuri kids.

Join us, wonÕt you?
